Se le viene la noche a la persona que alquiló el terreno de la Beneficencia Pública de Tarapoto que se ubica a un costado del cementerio general y es que la MPSM ha emitido una Resolución Gerencial la N° 032-2017 con fecha 15 de marzo del 2017 en donde se resuelve declarar la nulidad de la resolución N°987-2016 que fue emitida por la Sub Gerencia de Planeamiento Control Urbano y Catastro, con fecha 28 de diciembre del 2016 en donde se concede a la SBPT la licencia de edificación para la construcción de un local de esparcimiento (cancha deportiva de gras sintético, tribunas áreas administrativas y batería de servicios higiénicos en el predio de su propiedad ubicado entre la avenida Orellana y Manco Inca.
Una situación como esta sin lugar a dudas afecta a la persona que alquiló el terreno si se toma en cuenta que ya se hizo una fuerte inversión, sin embargo para el funcionario edil esta situación es responsabilidad del arrendatario ya que de manera ilegal es decir sin contar con licencia decidió invertir en el proyecto.
