Estos jóvenes nos pidieron que los esperamos en el parque de la Urbanización Nueve de Abril, ahí ellos nos piden protejamos su identidad, no solo por ser menores de edad, sino porque por temor a represalias en su contra, más no evitan contarnos lo que ocurrió un fin de semana cuando dos funcionarios del SAT – Tarapoto, los visitaron a su instituto para ofrecerles capacitación y un espacio para que realizarán sus prácticas pre profesionales.
Según narran estos estudiantes, el SAT se comprometía a entregarles un certificado que les serviría como un aval en su carrera técnica profesional.
