El problema pareciera un pleito más entre vecinos disconformes por la presunta mala gestión de su autoridad local, sin embargo en este caso lo que diferencia al de otros, es que los principales participes del incidente son los hijos de la máxima autoridad del pueblo, quienes se habrían agarrado a golpes luego que este dirigente creyera que se cerraban las calles para la ceremonia de juramentación.
La raíz de este pleito se da no solo por la colocación de cintas de peligro en el lugar, sino porque como dijimos en un pasado informe los vecinos de las 11 cuadras del jirón Bolognesi hasta la fecha no han recibido explicaciones claras sobre el proyecto de ejecución de esta obra, dado que inicialmente constaba en el mejoramiento de todas las 11 cuadras, pero solo se mejoraron nueve, bajo el argumento débil de una segunda etapa. Hecho que molesta hasta la fecha a estos moradores
