Pasaron dos años y parque infantil no es entregado en La Banda de Shilcayo

En la intersección de Jirón Santa María con Jirón Recreo en el distrito de La Banda de Shilcayo, se está realizando el mejoramiento de un parque infantil. La obra, que según este panel publicitario se realiza mediante la modalidad de administración directa y es ejecutada por la misma Municipalidad de ese distrito. El mejoramiento estaba proyectado para culminar en 60 días. El problema está en que han pasado más de dos años y este proyecto sigue sin ser entregado oficialmente a la comunidad.
El proceso de mejoramiento comenzó en agosto del 2018 durante la gestión del ex alcalde, Hildebrando García y contó con un presupuesto de 273,706.45 mil soles. La obra avanzó durante las gestiones de García y el actual alcalde José del Águila, pero quedó sin ser entregada.
El parque ya se encuentra en operación, pero por el paso del tiempo ya hay daños visibles en los juegos y la pintura ha comenzado a despegarse. En esta subida se presenta un agujero por donde los niños podrían caerse. Por el lado de la vereda hay estas rocas que bloquean el camino y se convierten en un estorbo para los peatones. Estas piedras, según el municipio planean utilizarlas en la construcción de una estatua que tampoco se realiza hasta la fecha. Enfoques habló con los vecinos para que nos cuenten sus experiencias con esta demora.
