Un pequeño proyecto de más de tres millones de soles que se ejecuta al ocaso de la salida del alcalde Jorge Acosta Vásquez y que acarrea una serie observaciones y presuntas irregularidades.
Enfoques llegó esta vez al tranquilo distrito de Agua Blanca, motivado por las quejas y denuncias que le han caído al alcalde y a quienes son los responsables de la ejecución de un proyecto que ni los propios regidores conocen del expediente técnico. Simplemente porque el alcalde se niega entregarles.
