Todo parece indicar que una de las obras con sello y firma de la gestión de Víctor Noriega, podría quedar sin ser inaugurado por su persona y es que el Polideportivo concha acústica y chacharita Versalles ha entrado en un proceso do controversia administrativa entre la gerencia territorial bajo Mayo del Gobierno Regional y el consorcio Chacarita, ejecutor de la obra y esto al parecer podría durar varios meses.
Todo estaba listo para su inauguración, las invitaciones estaban formuladas, sin embargo cuando las autoridades llegaron para la ceremonia de inauguración se quedaron con los crespos hechos y es que los representantes del consorcio decidieron cerrar con candados las puertas y no permitir el ingreso de las autoridades para la ceremonia, las sillas vacías que hasta ahora están expuestas en el estrado que se mandó construir son mudos testigos de este episodio.
Que es lo que pasó porque la actitud de los representantes de la empresa, según el exsubgerente de la Subgerencia Territorial bajo mayo, no se le pagó al Consorcio Chacarita las últimas valorizaciones porque no ha cumplido con levantar una serie de observaciones.
