A tan solo pocos días para su inauguración y en pleno proceso de recepción, nuevas preocupaciones emergen en cuanto a la situación real del hospital de Tocache, esta semana, el Consejero Regional Walter Jorge Mesía, dio cuenta sobre un aparente cambio de las consideraciones técnicas en la adquisición de los equipos.
Lo que el Consejero Walter Jorge Mesía, hace mención es a esta Resolución la N°Nª 208-2019 de fecha 11 de julio. firmado por el Gerente General del PEHCBM ROBERT LÓPEZ, que en su parte resolutiva establece lo siguiente: “Apruébese que la expresión a tenerse en cuenta en las consideraciones técnicas de adquisición de equipos, en el expediente técnico de la obra, Mejoramiento de los servicios de salud en el hospital de Tocache región san martín, debe ser de la siguiente manera: La fecha de fabricación no debe exceder de doce meses anteriores a la fecha de aprobación de los equipos propuestos, entendiéndose por aprobación, a la aprobación de las fichas técnicas propuesta por el contratista.
