Civil Jorge Vásquez, quien está en el ojo de la tormenta.
Todo nace a raíz de un trabajo de auditoria realizado por un estudio contable, en este caso la del CPC Abner Mora Vargas a pedido del Consejo de Vigilancia y lamentablemente los resultados, pues la auditoria da cuenta de una serie de errores administrativos en emisiones de recibos de egresos, citando los principales
