Ex funcionarios del PEHCB buscan dejar sin efecto sanción

Dos de los tres ingenieros ex funcionarios del Proyecto Especial Huallaga Central y Bajo Mayo, que fueron sancionado mediante Resolución n° 001-165-2016 emitida por el Órgano Sancionador de la Contraloría General de la República, donde se les impuso sanción de inhabilitación para el ejercicio de la función pública, hoy han anunciado que han apelado dicha sanción, buscando dejarla sin efecto.
No obstante, a ello la sanción de inhabilitación según los entendidos, es inapelable, lo que buscan ahora es evitar que dicha sanción administrativa pasa al nivel judicial y así evitar sean denunciados penalmente.
