Moyobamba: Fiscal Superior será investigado por presunta infracción disciplinaria

Moyobamba. Un hecho que remece los cimientos de la fiscalía de Moyobamba, es la decisión adoptada por la Fiscalía Suprema de Control Interno, del Ministerio Público de Lima, tras haber decidido abrir investigación preliminar en contra del Fiscal Superior Titular y Presidente de la Junta de Fiscales Superiores del Distrito Fiscal de San Martín, Dr. Ismael Elvis Cueva Villanueva, por una presunta infracción disciplinaria, tras haber sido sindicado como el fiscal que habría pretendido dejar pasar por alto presuntos actos de corrupción ocurridos dentro del Ministerio Público de Moyobamba.
Para entender el caso les contamos que, mediante este escrito, el abogado Javier Ildefonso Adrianzen Carreño, ponía en conocimiento a la Fiscalía de la Nación, un listado de presuntos hechos irregulares que se habrían dado dentro de la Unidad Ejecutora número 008 – Gerencia Administrativa del Ministerio Público de San Martín – Moyobamba.
Específicamente en la adquisición de bienes y servicios adquiridos por el gerente administrativo de dicha unidad ejecutora, Orlando Emilio Sotelo Sheron, y el administrador de abastecimiento Julio César Sánchez Tello, en la compra de bandejas portapapeles adquiridas para las oficinas del distrito Fiscal de San Martín.
