Han pasado casi siete meses de haberse elegido al nuevo comité del Colegio de Notarios de San Martín, el mismo que tiene al notario público Daniel Coral Pérez, como decano de la orden y que dejó como vicedecana al notario público María García Chonta, al notario Osiris Antonio Rodas Huamán, como fiscal, al notario Jhon Arenas Acosta, como secretario, y al notario Abler Eduardo Bardales Cochacne, como tesorero, todos periodos 2019 – 2021.
Sin embargo, desde el 12 de enero 2019, fecha de la realización de las elecciones, hasta hoy este comité no ha podido cumplir con toda la función notarial, pieza clave para la seguridad jurídica de ese colegio profesional y de nuestra sociedad.
Ya que como se sabe y se ha cuestionado que el juez Juan Carlos Coronel Cardozo, del Juzgado Mixto de la Provincia de Mariscal Cáceres-Juanjui, dispuso 24 horas antes, la suspensión del proceso electoral para la renovación de cargos en el Colegio de Notarios de San Martín admitiendo a trámite la acción de amparo y medida cautelar presentada por la notario Segunda Lily Vera Escudero, recuerde bien ese nombre que de ella hablaremos más adelante.
