Desde hace casi dos años esta madre y su familia se hallan hundidos en la extrema pobreza.
Con cuatro menores hijos a cuestas hoy esta madre ha decidido iniciar un proceso judicial contra la empresa donde el único sustento de su hogar trabajó durante casi cuatro años de su existencia, y donde por esas paradojas de la vida habría sufrido un accidente que originó su fallecimiento. Según denuncia esta mujer, producto de un accidente laboral.
La muerte de quien en vida era José Luis Merino Pazmiño, se dio la mañana del lunes 10 de octubre del 2016, en uno de los almacenes de alimentos balanceados, para animales de corral de la empresa agropecuaria La Campiña, de la carretera FBT Norte. Y según denuncia Selmita Isuiza Amasifuen, conyugue del fallecido, su pareja murió producto de un accidente laboral por falta de equipos de seguridad.
