LA CRÓNICA DE ODEBRECHT EN SAN MARTÍN
Lo que mucho se ha dicho respecto a la situación de la carretera Cuñumbuque-Zapatero-San José de Sisa, de Tarapoto, hoy se ha confirmado aún más, tras ponerse al ojo público la información en la que Odebrecht reconoció haber realizado pagos ilícitos en la millonaria carretera, que hoy ha quedado inhabilitada producto del desprendimiento de una gran masa de tierra y roca en una importante zona de esta vía departamental que le ha costado al gobierno regional de San Martín, de la gestión del ex premier Cesar Villanueva como presidente regional, más de 109 millones de soles.
Según informes de medios nacionales, la intervención de Odebrecht, en la región San Martín, se dio justamente en lo que hace algunos años muchos ya sospechábamos en la construcción de la carretera Cuñumbuque-Zapatero-San José de Sisa, la misma que fue licitada en el año 2008, cuando el expresidente del Consejo de Ministros, César Villanueva, era en ese entonces presidente de la región San Martín.
Esta ruta luego de su culminación, comenzó a presentar falencias que serían producto de un mal proceso constructivo. Los mismos que años posteriores se fueron haciendo mucho más visibles.
