Ante este resultado la población representado por el Subprefecto, Felipe Guerra Tello, ha iniciado una serie de acciones para hacer respetar el derecho de la población a recibir un buen servicio.
Paralelo a esto, también se han presentado denuncias ante diferentes instituciones que tienen que ver en el tema del agua y saneamiento, como la dirección regional de vivienda, Indecopi, sunass, otass, entre otras.
Enfoques se contactó con el Gerente de Operaciones de emapa San Martín Manuel Ángel Ramírez García, para saber la posición de la empresa ante las denuncias y los reclamos de la población de Pukkk.
Informando que desde la empresa ya se tomaron acciones orientadas a mejorar la calidad del agua que distribuyen.
