En una audiencia judicial que duró un poco más de cuatro horas, el Juez Titular del Tercer Juzgado de investigación Preparatoria de la Provincia de San Martín, Julio Gonzáles Yovera, desestimó el pedido de 18 meses de prisión preventiva solicitada por el Ministerio Público para la ex administradora Anita Ramírez Pinedo de Tuesta y para Ana María Villacorta, ex tesorera de la DRTC-SM, por el presunto delito de peculado doloso.
