Juan Ramón Cisneros Gonzales, es un joven médico tarapotino, quien gracias a sus buenas calificaciones ha logrado una beca para estudiar en la universidad la Habana Cuba, luego de largos siete años regresó a su tierra para volcar todos sus conocimientos a favor de la sociedad de esta parte del país, hoy trabaja en el hospital MINSA de partido Alto.
