Enfoques lo había anunciado en varios reportajes emitidos entre junio y julio del 2019, uno de esos informes salió a la luz el 22 de junio 2019, en pleno desarrollo de la hoy cuestionada segunda feria gastronómica sabor a selva, la misma que se desarrolló del 20 al 23 de junio, 2019, en Moyobamba. Para este evento el gobierno regional de san Martín, había destinado fondos de sus recursos ordinarios un total de 1 millón 48 mil soles. Pero el cuestionamiento a los indicios dados a conocer en ese momento por este programa eran los siguientes:
