Víctor Manuel Rojas Ruiz, o simplemente Manolo, es un conocido cheff de Tarapoto desde hace ya un buen tiempo llegando a sus hogares a través de la televisión con su programa La Cocina de Manolo, su espíritu emprendedor le ha llevado a asumir nuevos retos que tiene que ver también con el arte culinario, es así que desde hace un año gerencia junto a su esposa e hijos el restaurante campestre la Casa de Manolo.
