El vía crucis de las ex terminalistas del SAT Tarapoto

En el 2012 la fiscalía de lavados de activos, inició investigación preliminar a un total de 44 trabajadores del Servicio de Administración Tributaria – SAT-Tarapoto, de la gestión del entonces alcalde Sandro Rivero Uzategui.
Siendo el 2013, el año en el que la Contraloría General de la República emitió un informe, donde aseguró haber encontrado suficientes indicios de presuntos actos irregulares que terminaron con la supuesta desaparición sistemática de un total de un millón 118 mil soles de las arcas de este ente recaudador de la Municipalidad provincial de San Martín.
Ese informe le valió al Poder Judicial, para determinar abrir un proceso legal que terminó condenando en octubre del 2018 a un total de 11 ex trabajadores del SAT.
Diez ex terminalistas de caja y un ex tesorero de esta misma entidad han sido sentenciados a dos años de pena privativa de la libertad suspendida y al pago de 60 mil soles, por concepto de reparación civil, por el delito de peculado doloso, en la modalidad de extorno.
