VACAN A PRIMER REGIDOR DE CAYNARACHI

Exactamente hace dos semanas el primer regidor de la Municipalidad del distrito de Caynarachi, Percy Sinti Amasifuen, había comenzado a dar cuenta de supuestas irregularidades dentro de la gestión del alcalde Arol Correa Lozano.
Al parecer producto de esas acusaciones como parte de su labor de fiscalizador de una gestión edil, con fecha dos de Julio de 2019, a horas 14 con 18 minutos de la tarde, Arturo Silva Portocarrero, un poblador del alejado caserío San Miguel de Achinamiza, anexo del distrito de Caynarachi, hizo llegar a ese municipio esta solicitud de pedido de vacancia, en contra del primer regidor, por haber supuestamente ejercido funciones administrativas que no eran de su competencia, al emitir el memorándum 001-2019, del 29 de abril del 2019, donde el mismo regidor se autoriza cobrar 100 soles, por concepto de viáticos en representación del alcalde para la juramentación de las juntas vecinales del caserío de San Miguel de Achinamiza.
