El fantasma de la vacancia estuvo una vez más rondando, en los pasillos de la municipalidad distrital de La Banda de Shilcayo; a inicios de la semana pasada, la comidilla se había confirmado, tres de los siete regidores tenían entre el brazo un documento donde se sustentaba la razón del pedido de vacancia en contra de ellos.
Limber Peña Lozano, Martha Luz Torres Del Águila e HILDEBRANDO GARCÍA PAREDES, eran los regidores a quienes JHONSON SALDAÑA VÁSQUEZ, un personaje íntimo del entorno del Alcalde LUIS ANTONIO NEIRA LEÓN había presentado dicho pedido Solicitante de Vacancia.
Jhonson Saldaña argumentaba la razón de este pedido de vacancia porque los regidores habían participado indebidamente en gestiones administrativas ante el Gobierno regional, supuestamente sin la previa autorización del consejo municipal. Viaje que los regidores iniciaron apara acompañar a un grupo de pobladores de los asentamientos humanos de ese distrito.
