Presunto tráfico de terrenos en Tarapoto y la agresión a periodistas de Enfoques

En un hecho por de más indignante un equipo de prensa de este programa fue agredido, verbal y físicamente por familiares y amigos de una pareja, que ha sido sindicada por sus colindantes como una de las personas que estarían inmersas en un presunto hecho de tráfico de tierras en zonas de faja marginal del río Cumbaza.
El hecho se inicia a raíz de las denuncias hechas por dirigentes y socios del asentamiento humano, Esperanza del río Cumbaza, quienes denunciaron públicamente que dirigentes y socios de un asentamiento humano, creado por la persona de Estefanía Luna Arias, de ser quienes estarían vendiendo lotes de terreno en zonas de faja marginal, emitiendo dudosas minutas de donación de predio a gente a quienes habrían cobrado entre 3 mil a 3 mil 500 soles por un lote de terreno.
Justamente a raíz de la emisión de este informe, nuevos indicios comenzaron a salir en este caso, donde se podría comprobar que, en este asentamiento humano, denominado Fortaleza del Cumbaza, hay socios que cuentan con otras propiedades en zonas urbanas y en otras partes de Tarapoto, así como se confirma con estos documentos emitidos por la Oficina Registral de los Registros Públicos de Tarapoto, donde por ejemplo la pareja conformada por Avilés Palomino Flores y María Aurora Torres Torres, asociados del asentamiento humano Fortaleza del Cumbaza, no solo cuentan con una, sino con varias propiedades.
