SAT – Tarapoto: Curioso contrato en la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín

Este programa tuvo acceso a este contrato firmado por el bachiller Juan Coronado Quintero, actual gerente de administración y finanzas de la Municipalidad provincial de San Martín con el economista Miguel Felipe Ajalcriña Flores; para realizar un análisis de políticas exitosas de recaudación tributaria implementadas en los municipios del país, realizar una evaluación situacional del SAT – Tarapoto y presentar propuestas que fomenten la simplificación suficiencia, eficiencia y optimización de recurso, solicitado por la Gerencia de Administración, tal y como lo señala en clausula segunda: objeto del contrato.
Trabajo, por la que la MPSM debía pagar al locador, es decir a Miguel Felipe Ajalcriña un monto total de 18 mil soles.
Lo curioso en este caso, es que el bachiller Juan Coronado Quintero, se atribuye la representación de la Municipalidad provincial de San Martín para hacer un contrato de un trabajo que prácticamente ya lo hizo una comisión especial de regidores presidida por el regidor Gabriel Alejandría Castro.
