San Antonio de Cumbaza: obras no sirven e incluso estarían sobrevaloradas

Las calles de San Antonio de Cumbaza, distrito perteneciente a la provincia de San Martín, lucen así…en su gran mayoría sus vías de la parte alta de este distrito han sido pavimentadas dando un buen ornato a la localidad; sin embargo, esta obra tendría ciertas observaciones, no específicamente en su cimentación, sino en los costos que demandaron dicho proyecto.
Según denuncia hecha por Julio Rojas López, presidente del Frente de Defensa de este distrito, de tras de esta obra hay supuestas sobrevaloraciones detectadas en el expediente técnico.
Documento primigenio del proyecto financiado por la Municipalidad del distrito de San Antonio de Cumbaza donde está el costo por bolsa de cemento. Según el denunciante, a pesar de existir cotizaciones entre 24 a 26
