La raíz de la corrupción sigue siendo un problema latente en nuestro país y en nuestra región, y mientras no se ejerza una verdadera lucha, este flagelo seguirá en crecimiento y junto a esa raicilla podrida continuará dejando, paradójicamente, desinfectado de todo acto corrupto a quienes lo comenten.
Un solo ejemplo es el caso de Anita Ramírez Pinedo de Tuesta, ex administradora de la Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones de San Martín, implicada en un escandaloso caso de presunto desfalco de millones de soles de las arcas de ese ente ejecutor del gobierno regional de San Martín.
Y quien al mismo tiempo habría manoseado fondos públicos al antojo y para el favorecimiento de un minúsculo grupo de funcionarios de esta entidad encabezados por el ex director regional Edwin Chávez Pezo.
Pero, a pesar de todo ello, hoy la ex administradora ha retornado a laborar en esta entidad como si nada hubiera pasado.
Al parecer gracias a la pasividad de algunos malos funcionarios de esa entidad, quienes no habrían cumplido con precisar de manera expresa y detallada cuales fueron las normas que habría vulnerado o la función incumplida, ni las faltas en las que presuntamente habría incurrido, la servidora pública.
Limitándose la entidad a efectuar solo una narración de los hechos que dieron origen al inicio del procedimiento administrativo disciplinario.
