Para quienes no lo conocemos; este señor es Segundo Ramón Ríos Arévalo, actual alcalde del distrito de Shapaja, provincia de San Martín, por las filas de Alianza Para el Progreso.
Hoy sobre esta máxima autoridad distrital pesa un serio y grave pedido, la fiscalía provincial especializada en delitos de corrupción de funcionarios de Mariscal Cáceres, representada por el Dr. Alfredo Palacios Montesinos, está solicitando al juez del juzgado de investigación preparatoria de la provincia de Huallaga Saposoa, prisión preventiva, por el periodo de nueve meses, contra el investigado Segundo Ramón Ríos Arévalo, en su calidad de autor de la presunta comisión del delito contra la administración pública cometidos por funcionarios públicos, en la modalidad de peculado doloso por apropiación agravada y por la comisión del delito contra la fe pública en la modalidad de falsedad ideológica en agravio del Estado Peruano – representada por la Municipalidad Distrital de Alto Saposoa.
Así como se confirma con este documento de requerimiento de prisión preventiva n° 01-2019, documento obtenido de manera exclusiva por este programa.
