Presuntas irregularidades en fiscalía de Moyobamba

Las compras, adquisiciones y otros servicios para la sede Fiscal del Ministerio Público de Moyobamba, estarían siendo realizadas irregularmente, la Unidad Ejecutora encargada de todo esos procesos, se encuentra en el ojo de la tormenta.
Documentos y fuentes de todo crédito de este programa señalan que desde la Gerencia Administrativa de la Unidad Ejecutora 008 del Ministerio Público distrito Fiscal de Moyobamba, se compraron motocicletas sin el Registro Nacional de Proveedores o RNP, se adquirieron útiles y materiales de oficina casi innecesarias, y se habría favorecido a ciertas empresas y personas para darle servicio a la Fiscalía de Moyobamba.
Investigaciones de este programa determinaron que mediante un proceso de Adjudicación Simplificada se adquirió 10 motocicletas lineales marca Honda, de 125 Cm3, para los notificadores de 8 subsedes del Ministerio Público de la región San Martín.
El postor ganador fue la empresa Motopartes Valle Verde S.A.C con domicilio en, la Av. Pakamuros Nº 506 – en Jaén, por un monto de 73 mil 080.00 soles; conforme a la Orden de Compra Nº 205-2016, de fecha 4 de octubre del 2016. Cada vehículo tuvo un costo total de 7 mil 308.00 soles.
Lo que llama la atención de esta compra, es que en Moyobamba, Nueva Cajamarca y Tarapoto, y otras provincias de la región, existen muchas tiendas que distribuyen motocicletas de la misma marca y con las mismas características que las adquiridas, a igual o menor precio. Sin embargo, sospechosamente se compró en la ciudad de Jaén.
El cuestionamiento sobre la adquisición de las motocicletas se fortalece aún más, cuando posteriormente se vuelve a comprar en forma directa otras 3 motocicletas, esta vez por un monto de 21 mil 924.00 soles, con la Orden de Compra Nº 267-2016, de fecha 27 de diciembre del 2016.
