Una intensa jornada de trabajo cumplió en San Martín, el presidente de la República Martín Vizcarra, quien arribó ayer junto a sus ministros a la ciudad de Tarapoto en el avión presidencial y tras ser recibido en el aeropuerto cadeta FAP Guillermo del Castillo Paredes, por las autoridades, de inmediato abordó un helicóptero con destino al Alto Mayo, y es precisamente en Nueva Cajamarca Provincia de Rioja en donde cumplió con una promesa largamente esperada por la población.
Y es que a través del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento transfirió 179 millones de soles para la ejecución de un proyecto conjunto e integral de la obra de saneamiento, que permitirá dotar de agua potable y alcantarillado al 100% de los 47 766 habitantes del distrito de Nueva Cajamarca.
El ministro de Vivienda, Javier Piqué, junto al presidente de la República, Martín Vizcarra, hicieron la entrega simbólica de un cheque por 179 227 854.34 al alcalde distrital de Nueva Cajamarca, Luis Nuñez, para la ejecución de las obras que beneficiarán a los sectores de Tahuantinsuyo, Ucrania y La Unión.
