La investigación que viene desarrollando un grupo de elite del Ministerio Público y Policía Nacional, en torno al crimen del fiscal superior Fermín Caro Rodríguez, ha mostrado desde sus inicios serias deficiencias e incongruencias que podrían desacreditar el trabajo de ese grupo de elite.
Además revelaría una presión mediática que viene desde las altas esferas del Ministerio Público para encontrar, a como dé lugar, responsables en el asesinato del fiscal Caro Rodríguez.
Y hasta podría verse como una metida de pata, por el exabrupto al calificar a los detenidos como los asesinos del fiscal superior de Moyobamba, dejando de lado el derecho de la presunción de inocencia y sin mostrar las pruebas categóricas que evidencien la responsabilidad de los detenidos.
