Lamas: ¿Qué paso con el presupuesto de la carretera?

Las imágenes corresponden a una obra que le costó a la Municipalidad provincial de Lamas un poco más de 18 millones de soles; una obra que según el contrato debió culminarse en 240 días calendarios, pero han pasado tres años y dos meses y estas son las terribles condiciones en la que se encuentra, esta vía de apenas 10 kilómetros, en un total abandono.
Este tema es totalmente escandaloso dado que la obra: Rehabilitación y mejoramiento del camino vecinal empalme puente Bolivia – Shanao – Pinto Recodo; que debió culminarse entre julio y agosto del 2014, hoy está paralizada, sin que se sepa con certeza donde fue a parar el presupuesto que se destinó para esta vía.
Pues esta obra, según documento adquiridos por este programa, hasta diciembre del 2014 tenía un presupuesto total de tres millones 916 mil 217.04 soles para ser culminada, un presupuesto que fue dejado por la gestión de Gerardo Ruiz Conche, como parte de los saldos presupuestales de obras inconclusas.
A esto se suma que, como parte de garantía para la culminación de esta obra, existen estas cartas fianzas que debieron ser utilizadas a fin de que esta vía pueda ser culminada.
Sin embargo, nada de esto se hizo, el presupuesto para la culminación de la carretera habría desaparecido sin que los trabajos se culminen, es más el consorcio encargado de los trabajos está como no habido. ¿Qué fue lo que paso, donde fue a parar el dinero?
