Hablar de la municipalidad provincial de Lamas es sinónimo de incapacidad de gestión por la cantidad de obras iniciadas, no culminadas, más bien abandonadas, las pruebas son muchas y están a la vista, pero vamos a centrarnos en una de ellas, que es un tremendo dolor de cabeza para los pobladores de los distritos hermanos de Shanao y Pinto Recodo, que hasta hoy han visto frustradas sus aspiraciones de tener una carretera en condiciones óptimas, tal cual se plasma en el expediente técnico y por el que el estado designó recursos para su ejecución al 100%…
En la edición pasada mostramos parte del problema, esta semana pedimos que 3 regidores de la comuna y al presidente del frente de defensa de Lamas nos acompañen a recorrer la vía… nos detuvimos en las zonas críticas, 2 de ellas están en el tramo entre Shanao y Pinto Recodo, aquí junto a don Floriano Farge Díaz, ex alcalde de Pinto Recodo y actual Pdte. De fiscalización de esta obra, fue penoso observar como parte de la infraestructura construida y abandonada se está perdiendo.
Esta obra que se inició hace más de 3 años y que de acuerdo al contrario debió culminarse en 240 días, muestra la incompetencia de la unidad ejecutora que es la Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas, quizás una municipalidad más pequeña habría tenido mejores resultados que los que estamos viendo, es en esta circunstancia que el primer regidor de Pinto Recodo recuerda claramente que fue el alcalde de su distrito quien consiguió el presupuesto, pero que luego fue debido a la provincial.
Un presupuesto que fue peleado y conseguido por el distrito de Pinto Recodo y luego derivado hacia Lamas, ese fue el inicio de las desaveniencias entre los 2 alcaldes que llegaron a sus cargos por la agrupación independiente Fuerza Comunal
