Una acusación falsa es toda aquella denuncia que se presenta a sabiendas de que la persona denunciada o acusada no ha sido la causante de la falta o infracción, sino que simplemente lo que se pretende es causar un daño o afectar moralmente.
Esto podría haberse dado al interior de la red Asistencial de EsSalud Tarapoto, donde producto de quejas verbales, de una persona que luego se retractó y lo que es peor con acusaciones de personas que no existirían, funcionarios de este nosocomio se valieron para dar fin a la relación laboral con este profesional.
