Parte 1
Después de más tres años de investigación la Contraloría General de la República, emitió un informe final, casi lapidario que concluye con la inhabilitación de un grupo de 10 ex catedráticos y ex funcionarios de la UNSM.
En este amplio informe se da cuenta de hechos irregulares detectados por la CGR, durante el periodo de enero del 2010 a diciembre del 2012, exactamente durante el periodo de Alfredo Quinteros García, como rector de la Universidad Nacional San Martín. Hechos irregulares que continuaron con la gestión de Julio Armando Ríos Ramírez, el último de los rectores de una estirpe dominante en esta casa superior de estudios.

Todo parte de la Sala del Tribunal Superior de Responsabilidades Administrativas de la Contraloría General de la República norte, que, mediante cédula de notificación n° 1841-2017 remite el 06 de noviembre 2017, a la UNSM, la resolución número n° 148-2017, un informe casi lapidario para los catedráticos y ex funcionarios inhabilitados,
En resumen, este informe de la CGR señala específicamente cuatro hechos suscitados entre los períodos enero 2010 a diciembre del 2012. Que terminaron con inhabilitar de todo ejercicio o cargo en la función pública a un total de 10 ex docentes y ex funcionarios de la UNSM para entender le caso te explicaremos cada hecho.
