El siguiente caso involucra a un docente y a una estudiante del instituto superior pedagógico público de Tarapoto. Un presunto caso de tocamientos que esta jovencita se anima a denunciar públicamente, ante la inactividad de las autoridades competentes para determinar responsabilidad de su presunto agresor, el mismo que hoy continúa dictando clases, como si nada hubiera pasado.
