Tal como se evidenció en la primera parte de este reportaje, se denuncia una sobrevaloración de 10 millones 945 mil 471 soles, en el expediente técnico de la obra de asfaltado red vial Caynarachi, Barranquita PELEJO, se dio cuenta de la respuesta del Órgano de Control Institucional que ratifica en cierta medida la denuncia ciudadana, Sin lugar a dudas denuncias muy graves que involucran a funcionarios según el denunciante, estarían involucrados los siguientes profesionales.
