Falsificación de proformas en la municipalidad provincial de Lamas II

Enfoques, puso en evidencia la semana pasada un hecho muy grave que ocurrió en la municipalidad de Lamas y estaba referida a la validación de dos proformas falsas para favorecer a un tercero en este caso para dar como ganador al laboratorio de suelos WTH de propiedad de Wilen Trigozo Hidalgo, por un valor de 17 mil 500 soles, para realizar el estudio de mecánica de suelos para el proyecto “Mejoramiento del camino vecinal S.M 717 estero, San Francisco del río Mayo, San Fernando en el distrito de Cuñumbuqui.
Los testimonios de los dos empresarios que se mostraron sorprendidos al darse cuenta que sus proformas han sido mal utilizadas para legitimar un acto de corrupción y hasta delictivo, estas denuncias han movido los cimientos mismos del municipio Lameño, cuyos regidores de oposición que dicho sea de paso cada vez son menos, han pedido la aclaración.
