Fue este programa quien, en un reportaje anterior, puso en tapete este documento del OCI de la Municipalidad del Distrito de Morales, sobre el procedimiento irregular en el otorgamiento de autorizaciones de instalación de paneles publicitarios.
Según este informe de alerta de control n° 002-2018. El OCI había solicitado los expedientes completos correspondientes a las autorizaciones otorgadas por esta Municipalidad a la instalación de paneles publicitarios.
A la entrega de esos documentos se confirmó que cuatro expedientes le correspondían a la persona de Fredy Peláez Núñez y uno al Grupo CAZA SAC.
De la revisión de esos expedientes se identificó, según el informe del OCI, la existencia de irregularidades que debían ser evidenciadas a través de una alerta de control. Pues se había detectado que esas autorizaciones fueron emitidas sin cumplir con el pago de tasas por derecho de licencia de funcionamiento que establece la ordenanza municipal aplicable, en estos. Afectando la legalidad del procedimiento.
