Cuestionan designación de cargo en el sector educación

Los cuestionamientos continúan en torno al primer concurso excepcional de reubicación a la tercera, cuarta, quinta y sexta escala magisterial, realizada en agosto del 2014.
El propio MINEDU, a través de la Dirección General de Desarrollo Docente emite en agosto del 2017 el oficio número 1763 donde pide a la DRE, e incluso a la propia UGEL SM – Tarapoto, informe de las acciones ejecutadas en cuanto al pedido de nulidad de la resolución que asciende a la cuarta escala magisterial al funcionario Edgar Fredy Quincho Saravia, bajo responsabilidad administrativa, a ambas entidades, toda vez que según este documento, se habría vulnerado la normativa del concurso excepcional de reubicación de escalas.
Sin embargo, ni la DRE ni la UGEL SM, se han manifestado hasta esta, fecha, es decir a casi un año, este caso duerme el sueño de los justos.
