“No estás solo, el Estado de protege”, es una bonita frase que sirve como eslogan a uno de los programas sociales del Gobierno, nos referimos a Pensión 65, pero lamentablemente la frase es solamente eso, una bonita frase que no va con la realidad por lo menos en esta historia que hoy vamos a compartir.
Enfoques llegó hasta el distrito de Shapaja, para conocer la triste vida de Luis Valles Saavedra, un ciudadano de 66 años de edad, quien desde hace 45 años vive postrado debido a una artritis crónica, que no le permite trabajar ni depender por sí solo y como no tiene esposa, ni hijos, vive en la casa y bajo el cuidado de su hermana Edelmira, una anciana de 64 años.
Conocedores de la existencia del programa Social Pensión 65 que favorece a personas de extrema pobreza se inscribieron con la ilusión de recibir los 250 soles que cada dos meses otorga el Gobierno, y se alegró mucho cuando le informaron que fue aceptado como beneficiario y recibió su primer cheque.
Pero lamentablemente la ilusión le duro poco, pues al mes siguiente sin saber las razones recibe la triste noticia que fue desembarcado del programa.
Sensibilizados con este caso, nos dirigimos a la municipalidad de Shapaja para conocer la razón del porqué de esta tamaña injusticia, del porque, una persona que cumple los requisitos para beneficiarse de este programa social dirigida precisamente para este tipo de casos no está llegando tal como es el objetivo de Pensión 65.
Conversamos con el responsable de programas sociales del municipio de Shapaja, quien nos dice que el también se sintió sorprendido de como don Luis de la noche a la mañana de ser considerado en extrema pobreza de pronto como por arte de magia aparece como no pobre.
