Tras la puesta en el ojo público de los escandalosos chats de las alcabalas, donde ex funcionarios y trabajadores conversaban y planificaban el supuesto manoseo de dinero de las arcas de la municipalidad de Morales, el día lunes a inicio de semana, un equipo de la Contraloría General de la República sede Moyobamba, intervenía de esta forma en las áreas dónde se habría armado una sospechosa red para en apariencia, hacerse de dinero de todos los moralinos.

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and
