El Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal, COFOPRI con sede en la provincia de San Martín, ha estado en el ojo de la tormenta y es que se ha recibido varias denuncias que dan cuenta sobre el cobro de 200 y hasta 400 soles de pago por el trabajo de formalización cuando en realidad todo este trámite es asumido por el estado, Enfoques se desplazó hasta Chazuta de donde por boca de los regidores, nos enteramos sobre un contrato entre el municipio y la empresa Consorcio Constructor Arce y Minaya SAC, para realizar el trabajo de formalización de predios, en primera instancia se mostraron reacios a brindar declaraciones sobre el tema.
