Carlos Torres Montilla sentenciado por crimen, pretende ser alcalde de Rumisapa

Cuando tu pasado te precede, este te marca. Adagio que se aplica en este caso pues el haber sido condenado tras ser partícipe de un crimen premeditado con alevosía y ventaja en contra de quien fuese alcalde del distrito de Rumizapa, ha hecho que lo que hizo hace 10 años, hoy sea cobrado de una manera tal, que quienes estuvieron de lado el fallecido, e incluso sus mismos ex incondicionales hoy se manifiesten de esta manera en su contra.
Carlos Enrique Torres Montilla, el otrora todo poderoso del distrito de Rumizapa, hoy recibe esas duras críticas y negaciones de un poblado que no ha olvidado ese terrible día de noviembre del 2005, fecha en que fue asesinado de un certero disparo de retrocarga, el exalcalde Herman Alegría Tuesta.
Las razones de las críticas que recaen contra Torres Montilla, parten por su repetida intención de pretender hacerse del sillón municipal. Intensiones que no fueron nada desagradables en las pasadas elecciones del 2014, donde representando paradójicamente al partido político que lleva en San Martín el membrete de la reserva moral, logró un aceptable tercer puesto.
Sin embargo hoy esta población, al parecer ha decido poner freno a unas pretensiones electorales, que podrían volver a sentar en el sillón municipal a quien fuese sentenciado a 18 años de cárcel efectiva por el asesinato de Herman Alegría Tuesta.
