En el año 2006 luego de 34 años de servicio al SENAMHI, al observador meteorológico, ya de 60 años, el “párkinson” le obliga a renunciar irrevocablemente a su centro de trabajo.
El señor Felipe Amasifuen Lozano y Dodith Reátegui Bardales le entregan toda está propiedad a Sergey Amasifuen Reátegui, es aquí cuando el menor de sus hijos, se entera que el espacio que sus padres dieron en cesión de uso, ya había sido titulada por esta entidad, ante el COFOPRI.
Posteriormente ante la incapacidad física de don Felipe Amasifuen Lozano, su esposa, la señora Dodith María Reátegui Bardales, firma esta acta de entrega de este terreno.
Un documento donde se certifica que esta terreno es de Dodith Reátegui Bardales. Y donde: a “solicitud de la Dirección Regional del SENAMHI San Martín, ella hace entrega en cesión de uso al Servicio Nacional de Meteorología e Hidrología del Perú, un lote de 120 metros cuadrados hasta el año 2042.
Pero lo curioso es que este documento no tiene fecha, año, ni firma de todas las partes participantes en la elaboración y firma de esa acta. Un documento totalmente informal que se le validó solo con la firma de una iletrada mujer. Y que le sirvió al entonces director regional del SENMAHI Felipe Huamán Solís para iniciar un trámite de titulación de un predio que no les pertenecía.
Otro hecho extraño, es que es el mismo Felipe Huamán Solís, firma estas dos constancias, una en octubre del 2007 y otra en enero del 2012 donde da cuenta que el terreno donde funciona la estación fue cedida al SENAMHI hasta el año 2042.
Dos constancias que solo tienen su firma, mas no de los verdaderos propietarios
