Ella es madre de cinco niños. Es víctima de un sistema judicial que parece estar ciega, nunca en su vida ha trabajado en una entidad del estado; con 32 años de edad, solo tiene secundaria completa. Universidad o instituto no ha podido estudiar, jamás firmó un contrato, el dinero que cogió en sus manos, son los pocos soles que ganó con su trabajo como empleada doméstica, pero increíblemente ha sido sentenciada a dos años de cárcel efectiva, por el delito de peculado doloso, tras haber sido sindicada de formar parte de una supuesta organización que habría sustraído sistemáticamente más de un millón 100 mil soles de las arcas del SAT – Tarapoto.
Su nombre es Roilith Tapullima Isuiza, vive en una zona urbano marginal. En su modesta vivienda, construida a base de planchas de tripley, sacos polietileno, calamina y algunos cartones, donde cuida de sus menores hijos, ella cuenta que trabajo parte de su adolescencia en una vivienda de la quinta cuadra del jirón San Martín, en el centro de la ciudad. Es ahí donde le ha llegado una serie de notificación que nunca tomó en cuenta, notificaciones judiciales que la señalaban como presunta autora de un delito que ella misma desconocía.
Nunca trabajó en el SAT – Tarapoto, pero la juez del juzgado unipersonal de Tarapoto la ha sentenciado a dos años de pena privativa de la libertad y al pago de una reparación civil, por un delito que nunca cometió.
Otro hecho que esclarecer es que Zoilito Tapullima Isuiza, tiene el mismo nombre de la verdadera trabajadora del SAT, sobre quien, si pesa una sentencia judicial, pero a dos años de prisión suspendida. Para el abogado Gonzalo Gonzales, no sería otra cosa mas que una homonimia, lo que en este caso habría ocurrido.
Pero también existe la probabilidad de cierta deficiencia en las investigaciones, que se complicaron aún más por la ausencia, en este caso de una mujer consciente de que nada tenía que ver con las acusaciones que se le imputaban. Pero es posible que a la misma persona se aplique dos sentencias….
Pagar condena por algo que nunca hizo, la destruye por dentro, esta humilde mujer no tomo en cuenta esas notificaciones judiciales que le llegaron, desde el 2012 hasta la vivienda donde con autorización de los dueños, y al cumplir sus 18 años de edad, sacó su DNI, pero como se cambió de domicilio, nunca más supo del tema, hoy esa la tiene en zozobra.
Eso originó que se determine declararla reo contumaz por el delito de peculado, sin siquiera haber participado de un hecho que esta mujer ignoraba totalmente.
