SAT – Tarapoto: Inician juicio oral por millonario desfalco

Esta semana, específicamente el 31 de mayo, el Juzgado penal Colegiado de San Martín, a cargo de los magistrados Tipiani Valera, Vásquez Torres y Gonzales Eneque, luego de 7 años iniciaron con el proceso de investigación referido al tema del desfalco del Sistema de Administración Tributaria SAT de Tarapoto.
Como se recordará este programa en el 2008 daba cuenta sobre el mal accionar de Humberto Zavaleta al frente del SAT CIX y el riesgo que significaba su contratación. pero de nada sirvió y las consecuencias de esta aparente desidia de quien fuera alcalde de Tarapoto Sandro Rivero, hoy es materia de investigación.
Años después como dándonos la razón la Contraloría General de la República detectó que funcionarios y servidores públicos del Servicio de Administración Tributaria de Tarapoto se habrían apropiado ilícitamente de más de 1 millón 118 mil soles de la mencionada entidad, entre setiembre del 2007 a diciembre del 2010, en aquel entonces gestión de Sandro Rivero Uzategui.
Contraloría determinó que el personal de la institución recaudadora recibía el pago que efectuaban los contribuyentes por deudas tributarias y no tributarias. Luego, sin justificación alguna, generaba las condiciones para depositar en las cuentas financieras de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín y del Servicio de Administración Tributaria de Tarapoto, importes menores a los realmente recaudados.
