El país en estos momentos atraviesa una coyuntura política complicada por los innumerables temas de corrupción que se van destapando en todos los poderes del estado, a pesar de tantos escándalos hay gente que definitivamente no capta el mensaje de la población, que todos estamos de esta gente inescrupulosa.
Estamos a puertas de un nuevo proceso electoral para elegir alcaldes y gobernadores en el país, hoy presentamos a dos de los candidatos de Acción Popular, partido que se jacta ser la reserva moral del país, sin embargo, ello estaría distante a la actitud de estos correligionarios.
Los protagonistas de esta historia son Horacio Quiroz Abanto, candidato a la alcaldía del distrito de Piscoyacu, provincia del Huallaga Víctor Paima Ludeña, candidato a la alcaldía provincial de Huallaga – Saposoa, y como cereza de la torta, Manuel Armas, Jefe de personal de la actual gestión del alcalde también populista Arístides Grandez de la municipalidad de Saposoa.
