Una protesta contra la remodelación del camal de rioja terminó con la detención de cuatro personas la, presidenta del Frente de Defensa de los Intereses de Rioja, Obstetra, Amalia Guevara, el tesorero y dos personas más Fidel Tapullima Salas, un anciano de 75 años de edad, y una persona minusválida identificada como Artemio Tapullima Salas, de 55 años.
Los intervenidos fueron conducidos a la Comisaría de Rioja hasta donde llegaron sus familiares en donde denunciaron el abuso a que fueron sometidos en la intervención policial.
