Recepción del Hospital de Bellavista se habría dado sin levantar todas las observaciones

A pocos días de terminar el año 2020, de manera discreta, sin pompas ni comparsas, el Proyecto Especial Huallaga Central y Bajo Mayo, a través de un comité, recepcionó el Hospital de la provincia de Bellavista. Una recepción que se habría dado sin levantar todas las observaciones, al parecer se habría hecho a toda costa y resueltamente, pese a los posibles riesgos o dificultades que podrían presentarse.
Decimos esto porqué, según documentos oficiales como la carta n°15 del 24 de enero 2020 donde se señala que el jefe de supervisión de la entidad, tomó conocimiento de la culminación de la obra (oficio726. Pag 5) entonces el 31 de enero se forma un comité para el proceso de recepción, el mismo que debía revisar y dar cuenta de todas las observaciones.
Así que, el 23 de junio se reconforma el mismo comité; tras la designación del Ing. Buenaventura Ríos, como nuevo gerente del Proyecto Huallaga, este deja su cargo como especialista, para darle paso a su primo el también ingeniero Carlos Ríos López. (Pag 6)
Luego, este comité hace su trabajo, y en el ínterin, es decir en julio 2020 el OCI del mismo Proyecto Huallaga emite el informe de orientación de oficio n°003 donde da cuenta de serias observaciones, tal y como este programa lo mostró en agosto de este año.
