Proyecto Huallaga y la denuncia de sobrevaloración de más de 10 millones de soles

Una denuncia más sobre presuntas sobrevalorizaciones en contratos de ejecución de obras en el proyecto Huallaga, que involucra a funcionarios tanto de Nueva Amazonía y este Gobierno de Fuerza Popular, se ha puesto sobre el tapete y como se dice en el argot criollo es una raya más al tigre que sin lugar a dudas necesita ser investigado y a fondo.
Esta Vez un Ingeniero Civil haciendo prevalecer su derecho como ciudadano ha presentado una denuncia fundamentada, ante el Órgano de Control Institucional del proyecto Huallaga, referente al Contrato N°008-2014 contrato de gestión vial correspondiente a la ruta SM 105 Caynarachi, Barranquita, Papaplaya, siendo la contratista el Consorcio Conservador conformado por Casa SA, HyH y Promogest, siendo el valor referencial de la obra de 312 millones 878 mil 413 soles incluido IGV, que consta en elaboración de Expediente Técnico, Ejecución de la Obra, y su posterior conservación vial, el sistema de contratación es de suma alzada y la modalidad de ejecución contractual de concurso oferta.
