Presunta irregularidad, vuelve a empañar al sector salud de Moyobamba

En esta oportunidad el secretario general de la Federación Nacional Unificada de Trabajadores del sector Salud de Rioja, Manuel Ruiz Góngora, acusó la presunta compra sobrevalorada de un equipo médico para el hospital de contingencia de esa provincia.
Se trata de un esterilizador autoclave de 50 litros, marca GREEDMED. Artefacto médico quirúrgico por la que la Unidad Ejecutora 401 de Moyobamba, habría pagado la suma total de 31 mil 300 soles, a la empresa chiclayana Lambalab Medic SRL.
Empresa a la que se le compra luego de ver otras tres cotizaciones donde los montos para un similar artefacto sobrepasan los 32 mil soles.
Luego de ver las cotizaciones de otras tres empresas, los dirigentes del sector salud realizan una nueva cotización, de un equipo esterilizador de la misma marca y mismo modelo, encontrando que ese mismo equipo médicos está valorizado en el mercado nacional a 5 mil 900 soles, tal y como lo señala el dirigente sindicalista Manuel Ruíz Góngora.
A decir del secretario general de la FENUTSSA de Rioja, es cuestionable el modo y la forma de cómo los funcionarios de la Unidad Ejecutora 401 de Moyobamba pretendieron entregar un equipo que según los propios especialistas del hospital de riojano no cumplía con las especificaciones técnicas.
Enfoques viajó hasta Rioja para verificar que tan ciertas eran las versiones dadas por el dirigente del sector salud.
Llegamos hasta el hospital de contingencia de esa provincia donde fuimos atendidos por el médico Enrique Segovia Castro, director de ese nosocomio.
Aunque el director del hospital de Rioja no nos da, entrevista formal, aduciendo que la directora de la Red de Salud de esa provincia no le autoriza.
Lo grabamos cuando afirma que en realidad ese equipo médico no es utilizado por el hospital, porque no cumple con las especificaciones técnicas, es decir confirma así lo dicho anteriormente por el dirigente del sector salud.
Así está la situación en un sector del Gobierno regional, donde las cosas parecen ir de mal a peor.
